Gokul Pithe Recipe


  1. 200g Grated Coconut
  2. 2 cups Sugar (Use half the quantity with I’m lite– 1 cup)
  3. 40g Ghee
  4. 450g Khoya
  5. 150g Whole Wheat Flour
  6. 1tsp Baking Soda


  1. Heat I’m lite with water in a pan.
  2. Let the I’m lite syrup attain a two-string consistency & switch off the flame.
  3. Fry the coconut & khoya in a pan over medium flame. Stir it continuously.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls and flatten between your palms.
  5. Prepare the batter by mixing flour, ghee, baking soda & some water.
  6. Heat the leftover ghee in a separate pan. Coat each ball in the batter & deep fry over medium heat.
  7. Once all the balls are fried, transfer them to the I’m lite syrup, leave them for at least an hour and serve.
